How are your courses delivered?
The majority of our courses are online, as this gives you the flexibility of learning at your own pace, in your own environment.
We can however, tailer courses to suit your particular requirements. For instance, if you are a workplace looking to train multiple staff, we can implement a course strategy to suit your workplace needs and environment.

Are your courses online?
Yes, we have online courses which suit many people nowadays. You should have a reliable computer and solid internet access to expect to do an online course without too much trouble.
What happens if I have questions I need to ask during an online course?
Our platform is designed to put your trainers within easy access to you. You will always have access to your trainers and can ask as many questions as you need to ensure you understand a particular topic.
Is Central Coast Training an registered training organisation?
Central Coast Training is a website marketed on behalf of registered training organisation (RTO) Dynamic Learning Services Pty Ltd, RTO Code 40467.
What is recognition of prior learning (RPL) and do you support it?
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is the process of giving your credit for what you already know. If you have already studied some aspects of our courses or have industry relevant work experience, we can look at using this to give you credit against your course.
Using RPL, you can potentially drop units from your course, lessening the amount of time it takes to complete and the cost.
If you feel you have relevant knowledge and/or prior work experience in your chosen course, talk to one of our friendly staff who will be happy to look into your case for you.
Can currently employed staff do this training?
Yes of course, where you have employed staff who do not hold the qualification, we can deliver this qualification to your staff in the workplace.
You may chose to conduct face to face sessions in the workplace rather than using our online solution. We can be flexible in offering solutions that work for you.
Will I receive a certificate after I finish my course?
Yes, depending on the course you will receive a relevant certificate. For example, if you complete a Certificate III course, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in your chosen course.
Will my certificate be recognised the same as a certificate from TAFE?
Yes. Our courses are registered with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) giving you the same qualifications as any courses offered by TAFE.
What payment options do you offer?
We have the standard payment options available to you; cash, credit card and direct deposit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, depending on your course fee we can organise a payment plan for you which will be direct debited automatically from your bank account.
How do I enrol?
One of our friendly team members can enrol you over the phone which is an easy process or if you prefer, you can come to our Erina office for enrolment to talk to someone face to face.
